Beautiful actress Trisha in “Sainikudu” “Kumaran” and “Kuruvi”

Kollywood and Tollywood actress Trisha, who has been enjoying success in both the worlds, says, “My favourite film, undoubtedly, is ‘The English Patient’.I have seen the movie more than a hundred times. Believe it or not, every time I watch the film, I discover a new perspective in it. The film has truly inspired me and it motivates me.”
Vijay and Trisha have commenced shooting for “Kuruvi” in Chennai on Thursday.Considered an auspicious day, the producer Udhayanidhi (grandson of Chief Minister M Karunanidhi) and director Dharani have chosen to shoot some scenes on Thursday.Dharani, Vijay and music composer Vidyasagar, who came together to create magic on screen with Gilli, are back again for Kuruvi.Dharani has denied rumors that Kuruvi would be a sequel to Gilli. The film will hit the screens on 14 April, 2008.
Leading actress Trisha paired up with Mahesh Babu in the film “Sainikudu”. Her onscreen exposure is one of the highlights of the film. Sainikudu has been titled as Kumaran in Tamil. Ravishankar has written the dialogues for the flick, and lyrics are by Na Muthukumar, Snehan and Viveka. Harris has scored the music.
After seeing the Tamil blockbusters Gilli and Pokkiri, the remake versions of his original Telugu films, Mahesh Babu is keen to dub his Telugu films directly into Tamil. Earlier his Athadu was dubbed and released as Nandhu and did average business at the box office. Now he is busy with the dubbing of his Telugu block buster Sainikudu.The film has been directed by Gunasekaran, with Mahesh Babu in the lead role.
Recently Trisha had been reported rejecting offers from Mollywood.Trisha has given the following explanation on why she has rejected the offers from malluwood:
“I am acting in 3 movies in Tamil and 2 movies in Telugu. All of them are big movies. I do not have movies till next year end. That is why I am unable to act in other language movies. They have called me for acting with Nagarjuna in the prabudeva directed Telugu movie. It is a big opportunity, but the situation is such that it is difficult for me to act in that movie too. In this state I am unable to even think of acting in other language movies. There are lots of opportunities coming in Kannada and Malayalam. Lastly they asked me to act with Dileep, but due to call sheet problems I could not act. Other than that I do not have issues with acting in Malayalam movies”.
